The Universal Fit Jon Boat Cover is designed to fit boats ranging from 14 to 16 feet in length and up to 75 inches in width. It is essential to measure your boat carefully to ensure a proper fitting size, as the cover's dimensions include all external accessories. If the boat length falls between cover sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size for the best fit.

Constructed with a thickened 3-layer 900D marine-grade polyester fabric, the Tearproof Jon Boat Cover is built to last. The anti-UV coating surface, 900D oxford, and PU backing make this cover highly durable, weighing 8.5 oz and passing a 520 lbf tensile strength test - significantly stronger than other 300D/420D/600D oxford covers, which typically have a maximum tension of 300-450 lb. The quadruple-stitched seams further enhance the cover's anti-scratch and anti-tear capabilities, ensuring it won't easily tear or puncture.

The 100% Waterproof Jon Boat Cover has undergone a 4000mm water pressure resistance test, thanks to the 900D oxford coated with a PU backing. Waterproof sealing tapes, 1 inch wide, are used on all seams to effectively prevent water seepage, keeping your boat dry and protected.

To combat the detrimental effects of wind and sun exposure, the cover is enhanced with an anti-UV coating surface, preventing fabric disintegration or discoloration due to these environmental factors.

The Secure Fit & Windproof & Trailerable features of the Jon Boat Cover include an entire elastic bottom hem for a tight and custom fit around your boat. A total of 13 adjustable straps (9 all-round straps + 4 short straps) are strategically placed to fix the cover more effectively than others. The thickened, high-quality buckles can bear up to 160 pounds of force, and the adjustable strap tightening system helps keep the cover firmly in place, preventing it from blowing away.

To further strengthen the cover, we have added extra layers of reinforced protection at critical points, such as the bow and both corners of the stern, to reduce the risk of tearing at typical wear points and extend its service life. The built-in reinforced tie-down straps are sewn with 3 Bartack Stitching, making them more robust than single stitching.

Breathability is ensured through 2 air vents with PE panels, which balance the air pressure inside and outside the boat cover, minimizing wind strength and facilitating faster drying.

Included with the Jon Boat Cover is a DUAL USE BAG, measuring 24" L x 24" W x 24" H. This oversized 900D waterproof storage bag not only houses the boat cover but can also be used as a Motor Cover, fitting most outboard motors.
